Ian is always incredibly creative with so many visions. Ian & I go way back to the good old days of when I was still dancing all over the world. Mr. Banham and I have worked together on a few epic gigs and having the best time. Ian is simply one of the best Latin Ballroom Choreographers/Creative Directors out there. His work ethic is just perfection and he is very straightforward with what he needs to achieve. His passion and vision for each job is outstanding and he definitely makes you feel at ease with everything. Ian was my first teacher after my time on Strictly and during our time together he helped me train for my West End appearance in the hit show ‘Burn the Floor.’ Training with Ian I grew so much in confidence and my passion for Ballroom and Latin was truly ignighted. Having experienced the high speed, crash course in dance on the tv show - he took me back to basics, working on technique, lead and follow and most importantly, created a safe, supportive, fun environment for me to truly connect with my own expression and passion for dance - for this I will always be grateful.

Ian Banham is a creative Genius. He always finds amazing ways to portray emotions through the art of dance. I asked Ian to choreograph some dance pieces for a Music Video called “Loving In Darkness” in 2020.

Ian choreographed a dance sequence in a short film that I worked on in the summer of 2021 called ‘Paso Doble’ directed by Heida Reed.
